Eligibility

Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t refund items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
